Dr. Sidra Ayoub holds a Ph.D. in School Psychology from The Ohio State University and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) with over a decade of experience supporting children and adolescents. For the past seven years, she has worked in both urban and suburban school districts, where she conducted evaluations, led multidisciplinary team meetings, developed academic and behavioral interventions, and contributed to multi-tiered systems of support.
As the founder of PEECA Services LLC, Dr. Ayoub is dedicated to providing comprehensive, individualized psycho-educational evaluations. She approaches each case with exceptional thoroughness, addressing specific concerns and offering a holistic understanding of a child’s strengths and needs. Her assessments include diagnostic impressions across cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral domains, and she works closely with both parents and educators to deliver research-based recommendations for meaningful support at school and home.
Beyond her professional expertise, Dr. Ayoub is a mother of three—an experience that gives her a deep, personal insight into child development and family dynamics, enriching her ability to connect with and support the families she serves.

We support schools, individual clients, and international families to help children thrive.
PEECA Services LLC provides evaluations for educational, social-emotional, and behavioral needs.
